Internal Diagnostics Process

Zeriva technicians run Cisco’s Power On Self Test (POST) diagnostic program for all equipment and record the results. This is a baseline test that includes internal diagnostics, memory and interface testing. Results are stored on Zeriva computer systems for future review and a copy is printed, stored and shipped with the product.
