If you’re not currently under a maintenance agreement but need technical support, Zeriva’s Direct-to-Expert Technical Assistance Center (TAC) support can help with problem resolution during normal operating hours.
Zeriva understands that organizations may not have proper maintenance coverage to service problems that arise. For those organizations that are not currently under a maintenance agreement with Zeriva, we still offer technical support during normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST on a time and materials basis.
TAC support includes expert troubleshooting assistance, advanced configuration support and software defect identification and resolution on all eligible Cisco equipment with a valid license. TAC support is available on a per incident basis, so if you need tips on how to setup that Cisco router on Monday morning and advanced configuration support on Tuesday, we’re available to assist you.
